Today's hi tech world of fancy and expensive gym equipment is not necessarily the key to success in achieving your fitness goals. Movement patterns artificially created by machines cannot substitute for quality functional training. Take a treadmill for example, half the running action is done for you, so you do not get the maximum benefit for the time spent.

Whether in your home, at work, or in the natural beauty of the outdoors, our diverse, creative and enjoyable training can improve your state of well being in both mind and body and all without the additional expense of gym fees. All equipment is provided.

In developing your training programme we will take into account the information from your FREE initial consultation, previous injuries, postural alignment and any sporting needs and interests you may have. Improving and expanding on current sport interests can be coupled with learning new ones such as boxing or marathon training.
All packages are tailored for any level of fitness or experience.

Of course ongoing consultation and assessment will be built into your training programme to ensure continual progression and to avoid stagnation that can occur without regular reviews. Food diaries and basic nutritional advice are also available.
