Ongoing Programmes
Nothing evolves without having to adapt. The same goes for your body. Training the same leads to staying the same: without an evolving programme, you won't achieve your fitness goals. However, this evolution must be carefully staged and supervised in order both to ensure progression and avoid injury through faulty movement patterns and postural imbalance.

Not all your training will take place in the company of your personal trainer. As part of your evolving programme, we will provide telephone support to compliment and enhance your training experience outside of your supervised sessions.

By periodising your training in this closely supported way, we can ensure that the necessary development occurs and that the risk of injury is minimised so that your personal goals can be safely and efficiently realised.
